Job Position – Senior Electrical Engineer
Company Name – Al Yanbou Electromechanical Works
Hiring for an experienced to join our team and oversee the execution of electrical works across our MEP projects in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
1- Supervise electrical installation works including LV/MV, power, lighting, containment, earthing, Fire Alarm & ELV**.
2- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents.
3- Coordinate electrical works with **MEP, Civil, Architectural, Consultants, and Subcontractors**.
4- Monitor site progress, quality, inspections, testing & commissioning.
5- Ensure compliance with DEWA, Dubai Civil Defense, IEC, BS, NFPA, and project specifications.
6- Prepare and follow up on IRs, RFIs, NCRs, snag lists, and as-built drawings.
7- Support project teams in achieving quality, program, and safety objectives.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
-8–12+ years of relevant experience in MEP/Electrical Contracting.
-Strong experience in Dubai/UAE projects is mandatory.
-Excellent knowledge of DEWA and Dubai Civil Defense requirements.
-Strong technical, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
-Experience in testing, commissioning, and project handover.
