FUNCTIONAL AREA
A. Sales Management:
1. Achieving the assigned sales target and monitoring sales turnover in order to maximize sales and sustain growth across all the assigned duty frees & airlines (inflight).
2. Analyzing the latest market trends and competitor’s activities and provide valuable inputs to reporting manager for enhancing future sales strategies.
3. Monitoring the product performance in each area and take suitable measures to phase out slow/non-moving products and replace it with new products.
4. Gathering sales data from all existing clients and monitor the performance of all products and provide valuable inputs to the operator after discussing with the LOT.

B. Business Development & Client Relationship Management:
1. Following up on all leads for new business development.
2. Travelling across assigned region as & when required to explore business opportunities in travel retail sector
3. Understanding client’s requirements & expectations and working out suitable business solutions.
4. Offer optimum services to all existing clients for achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction levels.
5.  Keeping an eye on timely dispatch of orders. Any issue to be brought to LOT attention.

C. Brand Management:
1. Coordinating with the marketing department in providing visual advertising materials towards promotional and advertising activity as per marketing calendar in respective regions.
2. Monitor the implementation of ‘marketing & promotional’ strategies in duty free outlets / airlines in order to increase brand visibility and generate more brand awareness in the assigned market.
3. Identify clients and successfully launch new products basis on the assessment of relevance of such product in that market.

D. Team Management:
1. Coordinate & supervise all BA’s of assigned regions and monitoring sales performance of BAs from secondary sales and devise suitable strategies to improvise sales.
2.  Devising incentive scheme for BA’s for augmenting sales & meeting their sales targets in coordination with the LOT.
3. Ensure that the payments have been received from all clients as per the agreed terms and at the same time, ensure that the payment invoices are received and settled on time.
4. Assisting LOT in preparing projections and new product development.
5. Any other duties as & when assigned by the reporting Manager in achieving the overall business objectives of the organization.
