Job Position – Senior Finance Manager
Company Name – Tanginvest Group
Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month
Industry: High-End Luxury Watches & Jewelry
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and oversee the complete finance and accounting function
-Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis
-Manage financial planning, cost control, profitability, and business performance
-Oversee inventory accounting and financial controls for high-value watches and jewelry
-Monitor sales margins, stock valuation, and inventory movements
-Ensure accurate reconciliation of POS, cash, card, bank, and other retail transactions
-Manage accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
-Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other financial regulations
-Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and external financial partners
-Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and procedures
-Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
-ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent qualification is highly preferred
-Minimum 7–10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience
-Previous experience in luxury retail, watches, jewelry, or high-value retail products is highly preferred
-Strong experience in inventory control and high-value stock management
-Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax
-Excellent financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills
-Advanced Excel and ERP/accounting system knowledge
-Strong leadership, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
-Excellent English communication skills
Salary Package: AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Candidates with experience in the luxury watch, jewelry, or premium retail sector will be given preference.
