Job Position – Senior Interior Designer

3ds Max, Corona Renderer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead interior design projects across residential, commercial sectors from initial concept to final visualization.
– Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and detailed FF&E selections.
– Take full ownership of 3D modeling and rendering using 3ds Max and Corona Renderer.
– Collaborate with architects, project managers, and clients to refine design direction and meet project objectives.
– Ensure all 3D visuals meet high standards of realism, scale accuracy, and design intent.
– Oversee material selections, lighting studies, and color palettes to support both design and rendering phases.
– Prepare and coordinate documentation for presentations, tenders, and construction.
Required Skills & Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
– 5 years of relevant experience in interior design with a strong focus on 3D visualization.
– Proven ability to lead projects independently, from design concept to final rendered output.
– Advanced skills in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
– Strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on design and rendering work (not outsourced).
– Experience with FF&E specification, material sourcing, and color theory application.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of SketchUp or Revit is a plus.
– Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
