Job Position – Senior IT Support

Looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to join our global MRO client. If you’re passionate about solving technical problems, supporting users, and keeping systems running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide advanced support for PCs, industrial PCs, printers, phones, and IT peripherals
– Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
– Install, configure, and update systems and standard applications
– Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and compliance requirements
– Monitor system performance and ensure high availability & security
– Participate in local or regional IT projects
– Work closely with internal teams to support daily operations
Requirements:
– Minimum 6 years of IT support experience
– AA/AS degree or equivalent technical training
– Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
– Good English communication, especially with multinational teams
– Excellent customer-service mindset
– Ability to follow technical instructions and solve complex issues
– Must be locally available in the UAE
– Must be a holder of a valid UAE driving license
– Must have his own car as he will need to travel to the different company branches
Work Environment:
– Office-based role with occasional travel to other locations
