Job Position – Senior Lawyer

Responsibilities:
– Legal counsel and advisory services
– Contract drafting and negotiation
– Compliance and risk management
– Due diligence and legal research
– Dispute resolution and litigation support
Requirements:
– Extensive experience in English law.
– Solid experience in IT Law (preferrable).
– Understanding of UAE legal system, including that of free zones.
– Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
– Experience in dispute resolution and litigation support.
– Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required
Salary: AED 25-30k
