Job Position – Senior MEP Coordinator Engineer
Company Name – Khatibalami
Location: Dubai, UAE
Project Type: Luxury Buildings & Villas
Working Hours: 48 hours/week, 6 days/week
Hiring for an experienced to join our site construction team in Dubai.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP coordination for high-rise buildings and luxury villas/building projects.
Strong experience in QA/QC, progress monitoring, documentation, and project reporting.
Proven ability to lead coordination between all stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and government authorities, ensuring timely approvals and submissions.
Extensive experience in MEP design review and multidisciplinary coordination in compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM), DEWA, and DCD regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Experience in planning, scheduling, and monitoring MEP works to ensure project milestones, quality standards, and delivery timelines are achieved.
