With a strong background in delivering complex banking technology projects within the UAE banking sector. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementation of strategic initiatives across key domains such as CRM, Loan Origination, Digital Transformation, Payments, and Regulatory Compliance. This is a high-visibility role requiring close collaboration with senior stakeholders, executive leadership, and project steering committees.
Key Responsibilities
РLead the full project lifecycle—from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure—for large-scale banking transformation projects.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for senior business and technology stakeholders, including steering committees and C-level executives.
-Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in alignment with SIB’s strategic goals.
-Manage cross-functional teams (internal and external), vendors, and third-party partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
-Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
-Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks.
-Prepare and present clear, concise project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive audiences.
-Utilize best-practice project management methodologies and tools to drive efficiency and transparency.
Qualifications & Experience
-8,10 years of proven project management experience, with a strong focus on banking/financial services projects in the UAE.
-Demonstrated experience managing complex implementations in one or more of the following areas:
-CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
– Loan Origination Systems
– Digital Transformation Initiatives
– Payments Platforms
– Regulatory & Compliance Projects
-PMP certification is strongly preferred.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and present confidently to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
-Proficiency in project management tools: MS Project, Microsoft EPM (Enterprise Project Management), Jira, and MS Office Suite.
-Deep understanding of Islamic banking principles and UAE regulatory landscape is a plus.
