Job Position – Senior Quality Control & Assurance Manager

Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system that encompasses all aspects of the organization’s operations, products, or services.
Develop and execute quality assurance strategies to prevent defects or issues, rather than just identifying and correcting them after the fact.
Provide guidance and mentorship to Quality Control and Quality Assurance team members.
Communicate quality-related updates and issues to project stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments to address concerns and find solutions.
Guide team to implement and maintain test automation scripts using appropriate frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency.
Identify process improvements and best practices to enhance the Quality Control and Quality Assurance process.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Extensive, proven experience in IT quality assurance and testing, with years of experience in senior or leadership role.
Exceptional leadership, communication and team management skills.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and strategic decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of IT project management.
Relevant certifications in quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB) and project management (e.g., PMP) are highly advantageous.
