Job Position – Senior Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Auto Link Contracting
Join team and work on exciting high-rise building projects in the UAE, contributing to effective cost management and the successful delivery of construction projects.
Key Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
-Minimum 8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying for high-rise building projects with a main contracting company
-Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration
-Experience in preparing and evaluating variations, claims, subcontractor payments, and final accounts
-Ability to monitor project costs, prepare cost reports, and ensure commercial compliance
-Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software
-Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
-Immediate joiners preferred
What We Offer:
-Salary range: AED 20,000 – 22,000
