Senior System Administrator

Administer and maintain Windows and Linux server environments
Monitor system performance, availability, and security
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, ADFS and identity management systems
Manage Exchange Server, Queue, Transport rules and upgrade.
Good Knowledge on Exchange Hybrid Environment.
Familiarity with backup solutions (Commvault and Veritas), monitoring tools, and security frameworks
HPE and Dell Servers and Storage knowledge.
Configure and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
Support cloud infrastructure environments including O365 and Azure Cloud
Perform system upgrades, patch management, backups, and disaster recovery planning
Troubleshoot hardware, backup, software, network, and server-related issues
Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards
Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages
Collaborate with network engineers, developers, and IT support teams
Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Lead infrastructure projects, migrations, and system deployments

Qualification and Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure support
Industry certifications such as:
Microsoft Certified: Windows Administrator and Azure Administrator Associate
VMware Certification
Red Hat RHCSA/RHCE
Commvault Certification
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
