About the Role:
– Lead and administer Windows Server 2012-2022 environments, including clustering, DFS and file servers
– Build, manage and upgrade VMware virtualisation environments
– Monitor performance and do capacity planning across Azure and on-premises systems
– Remotely manage servers (iLO, DRAC, RSA) and work with blade/rack hardware + hypervisors
– Configure cloud VMs and Web applications (Azure portal & PowerShell) and support private/public/hybrid models
– Troubleshoot, analyse logs, identify root causes, handle Level 1 & 2 support and collaborate across teams for automation and deployment
