Job Position – Senior Wireless Engineer
Location – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Type – Full-Time
Looking for a highly skilled Senior Wireless Engineer to join our team in on of our project’s in Riyadh – Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a wireless expert with strong Aruba experience who enjoys designing, deploying and securing enterprise grade wireless networks.
Key Responsibilities
– Design, implement and optimize enterprise wireless networks using Aruba solutions
– Manage and monitor networks using Aruba AirWave
– Deploy and administer Aruba ClearPass (NAC, policies, guest access)
– Perform wireless site surveys, RF planning and heat mapping
– Troubleshoot complex wireless issues (roaming, interference, performance)
– Implement wireless security best practices (802.1X, certificate-based access)
– Create technical documentation diagrams and SOPs
– Provide L3 support and mentor junior engineers
– Collaborate with cross functional infrastructure teams
Requirements
– 5+ years of hands on experience in enterprise wireless networking
– Strong expertise with Aruba Controllers, Access Points and Mobility solutions
– Proven experience with Aruba AirWave
– In-depth knowledge of Aruba ClearPass (CPPM)
– Solid understanding of RF fundamentals and 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax
– Experience with site survey tools (Ekahau, AirMagnet, or similar)
– Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, Routing
Preferred Qualifications
– Aruba Certifications: ACMP, ACSP, ACCP (or equivalent)
– CWNA / CWSP / CWAP / CWDP certifications good to have
– Experience in large scale enterprise or government environments
