Our Managed Services department is looking for a powerhouse Service Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of our core IT infrastructure and 24/7 NOC services. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our technical engineering pillars and business stakeholders, ensuring maximum service availability, strict SLA compliance, and top-tier customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
Infrastructure & 24/7 NOC Governance: Oversee daily network, infrastructure, and hosting operations to maintain up to 99.99% high availability.
Technical Execution & Oversight: Leverage your strong background in legacy/modern Windows Server environments, Active Directory, virtualization, and backup operations to validate infrastructure health.
Service Transitions & Projects: Map complex business requirements into realistic solutions, constructing detailed project charters, and managing complex Data Center consolidations or relocations.
Compliance & Continual Improvement: Align all operational processes with ITIL, ISO 20000, and ISO 27001 frameworks while driving aggressive Service Improvement Plans.
People Leadership: Assume command and inspire large, shifting engineering teams; managing 24/7 resource allocation, shift efficiency, and talent appraisals.
Vendor & Stakeholder Acumen: Manage complex partner contracts and maintain exceptional relationship management during high-pressure escalation scenarios.
What We’re Looking For
Education: B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Computer Science or IT.
Experience Baseline: 10+ total years of IT experience.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on data center experience in a 2nd/3rd level technical support role.
Minimum 5+ years in a dedicated IT Service Management (ITSM) / Infrastructure operations leadership capacity.
Certifications: ITIL Certified (v3 or ITIL v4 Managing Professional) is required. PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
Core Attributes: Exceptional communication skills (translating complex tech data into business value), highly organized multitasking capabilities, and the flexibility to support operations across shifting patterns when business needs dictate.
