Job Position – Showroom Representative

A luxury furniture startup focused on delivering unique designs and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a versatile Showroom Representative to join our team, with additional responsibilities in customer service, basic accounting, and social media support.
Key Responsibilities:
Showroom Sales:
-Greet and assist customers in the showroom, guiding them through product selections and completing sales transactions.
-Maintain an attractive and organized showroom.
Customer Service:
-Respond to customer inquiries via website, WhatsApp, and email.
-Handle order processing, follow-ups, and resolve customer issues.
Basic Accounting:
-Use Odoo for recording sales, managing invoices, and tracking inventory.
-Assist with basic financial reporting.
Social Media Support:
-Capture photos and short videos of showroom products for social media.
-Collaborate with the social media team on content creation.
Administrative Tasks:
-Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and correspondence.
Qualifications:
-Experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles.
-Strong communication and multitasking skills.
-Creative with an eye for design.
-Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a plus.

Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
