Job Position – Site / Land Surveyor

Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE
MENA is hiring for an experienced to join our Post-Contract Supervision Project in Abu Dhabi.
Requirements:
-Minimum 10 years of experience
-Engineering Consultancy experience in the UAE is mandatory
-Must be currently based in the UAE
-Proven experience in building projects
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct detailed site and land surveys to support construction activities.
-Verify site measurements against approved drawings and specifications
-Establish and maintain survey control points and benchmarks.
-Review and verify contractor survey work for accuracy and compliance.
-Inspect alignments, levels, and dimensions of completed works.
-Prepare survey reports, as-built drawings, and maintain accurate survey records.
-Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
-Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations, project specifications, and health & safety standards.
Skills Required:
-Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, and AutoCAD
-Strong understanding of UAE regulations and authority requirements
-High level of accuracy and attention to detail
