Job Position – Social Media & Content Creator Executive

AED 6,000 per month

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
-Must currently be based in Dubai and available for a face-to-face interview and trial
-Available to join immediately or within very short notice
-Previous experience as a Social Media Executive / Content Creator in the GCC
-Fluent in English, both written and spoken
-Highly creative with a strong visual eye and understanding of branding
-Confident with photography and professional video content creation
-Strong experience independently shooting and editing photos and videos
-Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging captions
-Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social media platforms
-Experienced in creating and managing monthly content calendars
-Able to plan content around campaigns, promotions, events and seasonal opportunities
-Proactive, energetic and constantly bringing new creative ideas and concepts
-Strong understanding of current social media trends, Reels, Stories, short-form video and trending content
-Highly organised and able to manage multiple content requirements simultaneously
-Previous experience within hospitality, wellness, F&B, lifestyle, beauty or luxury brands will be highly advantageous.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Create high-quality photo and video content for all platforms
-Photograph food, beverages, wellness experiences, treatments, interiors, events and lifestyle moments
-Shoot, edit and produce engaging Reels and short-form video content
-Independently edit photographs and videos to a professional, polished standard
-Write creative, engaging and brand-appropriate captions and social media copy
-Develop and maintain a structured monthly content calendar
-Schedule and publish posts, Stories, Reels and other social media content
-Develop creative campaigns and content concepts designed to increase engagement, reach and brand awareness
-Stay ahead of social media trends, formats, sounds and content styles
-Work closely with the wellness centre and café teams to identify and capture new content opportunities
-Monitor social media performance, engagement and audience response and adapt the content strategy accordingly
-Maintain a consistent, premium and visually appealing brand identity across all digital channels
