This role involves curating captivating content, engaging with our audience, and strategizing social media campaigns to elevate our brand presence across various platforms.

·        Content Creation: Develop visually stunning and compelling content including images, videos, and graphics showcasing our color cosmetics range.
·        Social Media Strategy: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
·        Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments/messages, and initiating conversations around our color cosmetics line.
·        Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to ensure our content remains innovative and competitive.
·        Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, design, and product teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and product launches.
·        Analytics and Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
·        Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising

·        Experience: Proven experience of 2-3 years in social media management specifically within the color cosmetics or beauty industry.
·        Creativity: Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for design, color schemes, and aesthetics.
·        Platform Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Reddit, Twitter, Youtube etc.) and their best practices.
·        Trend Awareness: Ability to identify and leverage current beauty and cosmetic trends to create engaging content.
·        Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for engaging and building relationships online.
·        Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analytics tools to measure and interpret social media performance data.
·        Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changes in social media trends and algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications:
·        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
·        Experience with social media management tools
·        Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies and collaborations.
