Job Position – Social Media Executive

KEY REQUIREMENTS :
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
– 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms ( Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, TikTok, etc. ).
– Basic skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
– Good communication and copywriting skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
– Knowledge of analytics tools and social media.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
– Plan, create and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) across all social media platforms.
– Manage day-to-day social media activities for multiple brands.
– Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
– Develop and execute social media campaigns, promotions and seasonal marketing initiatives.
– Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and ensure brand consistency.
– Monitor trends competitor activities and audience preferences to optimize content strategy.
– Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
– Assist in basic photography / videography and content editing when required.
– Handle online reputation management including reviews and feedback.
