Job Position – Social Worker

Key Responsibilities
Design, coordinate, and implement impactful volunteer programs within and outside the school
Plan and organize student activities, educational trips, community initiatives, and competitions
Establish and maintain partnerships with community organizations to provide meaningful volunteering opportunities for students
Develop students’ leadership, teamwork, communication, and social responsibility skills
Coordinate, monitor, and maintain accurate records of student volunteer hours and activities
Prepare reports and documentation related to volunteering and student engagement programs
Collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and school leadership
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, or a related field
Previous experience in a school environment, particularly in student activities and community engagement
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills
Ability to work professionally and effectively with students and parents
Creative, proactive, and highly organized with strong leadership and motivational abilities
Genuine passion for student development, volunteering, and community service
