Job Position – Soft Service Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi – UAE
Job Role & Responsibility:
– Plan, implement, and supervise soft services including cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and support services for the project.
– Lead project-based teams, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
– Manage vendors and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
– Monitor project budgets and control costs without compromising service quality.
– Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prepare reports on service performance and project operations.
Job Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related subject / field.
– 4 –6 years of experience in soft services management, preferably in project-based assignments.
– Strong leadership, team management, and vendor coordination skills.
– Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize operational efficiency.
– Available to join immediately.
