Job Position – Software Sales & Customer Relationship Executive

Hiring a motivated and customer-focused to promote and demonstrate Ledgers. cloud, our cloud-based Accounting, CRM, VAT, and Business Management platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, understanding client requirements, managing customer relationships, and driving the complete sales cycle while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Candidates with prior experience in an Accounting or Audit Firm will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct product demonstrations of Ledgers, cloud Accounting and CRM software.
Understand customer requirements and explain software features.-
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Handle sales inquiries and follow up on leads.-
Support customer onboarding and implementation.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
Maintain CRM records and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in Software Sales, Business Development , Customer Relationship Management, or Client Acquisition.
Experience in an Accounting or Audit Firm is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting concepts, bookkeeping, VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax.
Experience with accounting software, ERP, CRM, or SaaS products is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, Odoo, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
Experience conducting software demonstrations and client presentations.
