Job Position – Sous Chef

Mediterranean Restaurant | 5* Luxury Resort, Dubai
To join a prestigious Mediterranean fine-dining concept within a 5-star luxury resort in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, consistency, and strong leadership to support the Head Chef in delivering an exceptional culinary experience.
Role Requirements
-Proven experience in the UAE within a high-end Mediterranean fine-dining restaurant
-Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver high-quality dishes and maintain standards
-Strong kitchen management & leadership skills, including team development and motivation
-Solid understanding of food cost, menu engineering, inventory control & waste management
-Excellent communication skills in English, with an additional European or Latin language
-Calm under pressure, with the professionalism to manage high-volume, high-standard service
-Must be currently in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews and trial shifts
Benefits
-Salary: AED 7,500 – 8,500 (based on experience & trial outcome)
-Housing Allowance: AED 6,000 live-out allowance
-Annual Bonus Scheme based on KPIs

-30 days annual vacation + Public Holidays
-2 days off per week
