Job Position – Sr. Analyst B2B Customer Portal & Order Management

Key Responsibilities

-Manage and optimize the B2B customer portal (users, groups, services, access)
-Oversee end-to-end order processing and coordinate with sales & operations teams
-Monitor orders and service requests using business applications & CRM systems
-Identify service gaps, delays, and KPI/SLA issues and implement improvement actions
-Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service delivery
-Analyse customer usage and recommend subscriptions & value-added services
-Handle escalations and resolve issues before formal complaints arise
-Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, dashboards, and trend analysis
-Maintain reporting databases and provide customised management reports

What You Need

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
-Experience managing B2B portals and order management, preferably in telecom
-Strong analytical and reporting skills
-Experience with business applications, CRM, and reporting tools
-Strong communication, stakeholder management & problem-solving skills
-Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and customers
-Experience in subscription recommendations is a plus
