Cloud Platforms: Microsoft 365 A5, Azure AD, Security & Compliance Center
Operating Systems: Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Ubuntu Linux
Virtualization: VMware ESXi, vSphere, snapshots, storage management
Networking: DNS, DHCP, IP management
Security: Endpoint protection, OS hardening, compliance audits
Storage & Backup: SAN (LUNS, volumes, replication), backup/restore (Veeam, Acronis)
Monitoring Tools: Nagios, Zabbix, Azure Monitor, custom alerting
ITSM Tools: ServiceNow, Jira, SOP documentation, incident & change management
Certifications (if applicable)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
ITIL Foundation Certification
Comptia Security+ (if security is part of your focus)
