Job Position – Sr. Talent Acquisition Officer
Company Name – Reach Group
Conducts comprehensive analysis of CVs for vacant jobs to determine applicants’ suitability.
Conducts preliminary interviews and participates in final interviews, and assists concerned Departments in finalizing selection/hiring process.
Directs workflow within the Recruitment Department between Recruitment Officers and Recruitment Assistants to ensure positions are filled in a timely manner.
Serves as focal point to Head, Recruitment in identifying issues and makes recommendations to resolve.
Facilitates coordination between Employee Services and Planning & Compensation departments.
Participates in employment campaigns and ensures that the targets/objectives are met.
Updates Company website to reflect current positions in conjunction with manpower needs.
Reviews and monitors the performance of agencies providing specialist and supports manpower recruitment services to facilitate the hiring of contracted personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualification:
-Bachelors in Human Resources Management/ Personnel Administration or equivalent.
-Excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Windows applications and computerized Recruitment Management System.
EXPERIENCE
-Minimum 7 years’ experience in HR of which minimum 3 years’ experience in Recruitment with preference in Aviation, Technical, Operational, Engineering and other senior professional staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
