Job Position – Sr. Technical Mechanical Engineer

With a strong technical background in working with main contractors on large-scale construction projects.
Minimum 10 years of experience in high-rise tower construction projects in the UAE, preferably on projects with 20+ floors.
Key Requirements:
-In-depth knowledge of local authority regulations, including DEWA, DCD, DM, and DDA.
-Proven experience in MEP Services coordination within a contracting environment.
-Experience in Managing contactors & specialist suppliers during the Technical Engineering process.
-Experience in Chairing the meeting with stakeholders.
-Proven experience in shop drawing preparation within a contracting environment.
-Proven experience in Material Submittal reviews within a contracting environment (Preferably as consultant Technical Engineer).
-Strong technical expertise in: External static pressure calculations, Pump head calculations, Duct, pipe, and louver sizing etc.
A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is Mandatory.
Candidates currently based in the UAE and with prior UAE project experience will be given preference.
