Requirements
– Previous experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in the hospitality industry.
– Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and receiving and issuing procedures.
– Understanding of FIFO, stock verification, and expiry date monitoring.
– Familiarity with computerized inventory systems and stock reporting.
– Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
