Job Position – Supply Chain Assistant
Company Name – NIMR Oil
Location – West Bay, Doha
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to support our Procurement Department. The ideal candidate will have an accounting background and working knowledge of SAP(optional). Proficiency in MS Office is required.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative and clerical support to the procurement team.
– Assist in processing purchase orders, invoices, and related documents.
– Maintain accurate records and filing systems for procurement activities.
– Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
– Support in data entry, report generation, and documentation using SAP and MS Office tools.
– Assist in inventory monitoring and stock reconciliation tasks.
– Perform other related duties as assigned by the Procurement Manager.
Requirements:
• Education: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or accounting roles is preferred.
Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Other Requirements:
• Female candidates only.
• Preferred nationalities: Sri Lankan, Filipino, Indian.
