Job Position – System Administrator

Looking for an experienced System Administrator with expertise in Microsoft 365, endpoint management, Windows and Linux server administration, and IT security.
Key Responsibilities:
– Microsoft 365 & Security:
– Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
– Manage user lifecycle, licensing, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Conditional Access policies
– Implement and manage Microsoft Purview for Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection, Records Management, and Compliance
Endpoint Management:
– Administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration profiles, application deployment, and compliance policies
– Manage Windows Autopilot, BitLocker, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and patch management
– Support both BYOD and corporate devices across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms
Server & Operating System Management:
– Administer Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File Server, and WSUS
– Manage Linux servers (RHEL/Ubuntu), including user administration, patching, services, and shell scripting
– Perform server hardening, performance tuning, and capacity planning
– Manage backups, disaster recovery, and system monitoring across Windows and Linux environments
General Responsibilities:
– Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide L3 support
– Drive automation using PowerShell, Bash, and Intune scripts
– Maintain technical documentation and SOPs while collaborating with Security and Network teams
– Ensure compliance with IT policies, audits, and regulatory requirements
