Job Position – System Administrator
Company Name –
Purpose:
Provide advanced technical and system administration support for infrastructure and client systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and manage client systems such as SCCM, BMC, and Nexthink.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting on servers, networks, and security systems.
• Participate in new project implementations and system migrations.
• Maintain Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 environments.
• Handle endpoint protection, encryption, and patch management.
• Implement and monitor Change Management for system configurations.
• Conduct routine system health checks and audits.
• Support Tier 2 and Tier 3 incident resolution.
• Prepare technical reports and configuration documentation.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, AD, Exchange, and SCCM.
• Experience with endpoint protection and ITSM tools.
Additional Requirement:
• Applicant must have a valid Qatar ID.
