Job Position – System Administrator Linux & Cloud

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Linux System Administrator to manage and maintain our Linux server environments, On-Premises infrastructure, and resources hosted on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will ensure the stability, security, and performance of our infrastructure to support business operations efficiently.
Requirements:
– 8+ years of experience in IT industry with focus on system administration
– Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and managing Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, or similar distributions)
– Production experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services including virtual machines, storage accounts, and virtual networks
– Proficiency in VMware ESXi and vSphere environment administration including VM provisioning, cloning, snapshots, and migrations
– Demonstrated scripting ability using Bash, Python, or Ansible for automation
– Experience with Kubernetes environment management (AKS, OpenShift, or EKS)
– Knowledge of system hardening, vulnerability management, and security compliance practices
– Experience with x86 server hardware administration
– Proficiency in SAN storage and object storage system configuration and maintenance
– Understanding of data backup and disaster recovery management
– Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
– Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution capabilities
– Experience maintaining system documentation including configurations, procedures, and diagrams
