Job Position – System Engineer

Motivated and detail-oriented to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will support the implementation, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IT systems and infrastructure while working closely with internal teams to ensure stable and secure operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
-Support web applications hosted on IIS and troubleshot related issues.
-Monitor system performance and identify issues proactively.
-Provide first-level technical support and resolve system-related incidents.
-Support network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
-Assist in user account management and access administration.
-Maintain technical documentation and update operational procedures.
-Participate in system upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance activities.
-Collaborate with internal teams to support business continuity and infrastructure improvements.
-Follow security policies and IT best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
-Fresh graduate up to 2 years of experience in System Administration / Infrastructure / IT Support.
-Hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP networking, and virtualization technologies.
-Basic understanding of web services, IIS, SSL Certificates, and troubleshooting application connectivity issues.
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
-Good English communication skills.
-Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia with a valid Iqama (transferable preferred).
Preferred Qualifications :
-CCNA, CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Azure Fundamentals.
-Internship or academic projects related to systems or infrastructure.
