Job Position – Systems Administrator

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. (2–4) years of relevant experience in systems administration, preferably within banking or financial services.
3. Proven experience in managing IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking environments (in-house, outsourced, or hybrid).
4. Hands-on experience with Dell VxRail infrastructure, VMware (vCenter, vSAN, hypervisors), and data replication.
5. Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration and High Availability solutions.
6. Familiarity with Microsoft Hyper-V and clustering technologies.
7. Experience in managing backup solutions such as Veeam.
8. Experience in IT operations, procurement, asset management, and user support/training is a plus.
9. Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on maintaining system performance, security, and uptime.
