Position : Talesales cum Coordinator
Location : Ajman, UAE
Experience : 4-6 years of experience in similar role (preferably from a manufacturing company).
Prefers immediate joiners and open to work/ commute to Ajman
Scope of the role:
-Excellent communication skills.
-The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
-Good sales ability.
-Working knowledge of relevant computer software (MS Office, ERP, CRM etc.)
-Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
-Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
-Ability to multitask.
-Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads.
-Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.
