Job Position – TCS BaNCS Application Support Specialist
Company Name – IT People Gulf

Notice – 30 Days
Duration – Long term
Minimum 5 years professional experience in Technical Production Support.
• Has knowledge of TCS BaNCS (Payment) application, backend, and front END
• Understands SWIFT, FTS , WPS, DDS ,NEFT ,RTGS ,SARIE and ACH Payments
• Has knowledge of shell scripting, Jboss , Oracle , spring ,hibernate , programming Language. .
• Coordinating with TCS Offshore Level 3 support team for getting fixes related to Production issues and help deploying these fixes
• Support testing for Production issues
• Updating status of the ticket in defect management tool
• Creation of Problem tickets and providing complete information to TCS L3 support and testing team.
• Solid knowledge of SQL scripting
• Good knowledge of windows & Unix servers
• Experience of working in Agile teams as part of a squad.
• Experience working in Banking or Finance Industry
