Job Position – Team Lead

What You’ll Do:
– Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate agents to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
– Provide training, guidance, and daily support to ensure high team performance
– Manage and distribute daily quality leads to your team
– Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Abu Dhabi
– Conduct property viewings, handle negotiations, and close deals
– Stay informed about the latest market trends, property values, and industry developments
– Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
– Collaborate with marketing to leverage best-in-class promotional tools
– Work closely with an experienced management team to achieve strategic goals
What We’re Looking For:
– Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi
– Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a team to success
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
– Strong negotiation, closing, and organizational skills
– Must be based in Abu Dhabi and available to work on-site
What We Offer:
Salary + Individual Commission upto 50% & 10% of team Commission + Other Benefits
