Job Position – Technical Coordinator (Design & MEP Integration)

About the Role:
AutoCAD – Ability to modify architectural & MEP layouts accurately.
SketchUp or 3Ds Max – Comfortable creating 3D models with accurate materials and dimensions.
MEP Understanding – Basic knowledge of power, lighting, ventilation, and minor plumbing layouts.
Advanced Excel – Experience in BOQ preparation, supplier documentation, and price tracking.
Presentation & Documentation – Ability to prepare project reports and design documentation.
Detail-Oriented – Ensures technical accuracy in layouts and BOQs.
Strong Research Skills – Can find and suggest real-world furniture and decor that fit within design constraints.
Problem-Solving Ability – Able to adjust designs based on site conditions or unexpected project needs.
Team Collaboration – Works closely with PMs, suppliers, engineers, and site teams.
Communication – Can explain design choices and revisions to PM team and clients.
3-5 years of experience in architectural drafting, interior layout design, or technical coordination.
80% office-based and 20% site-based, requiring a mix of technical precision, design collaboration, and site assessment skills.
