Salary: Up to AED 30,000 per month (All-inclusive)
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Manage and mentor an internal team of Technical Coordinators and Architectural Draftsmen to deliver precise shop drawings on schedule.
Technical Coordination: Review IFC drawings, identify architectural/structural/MEP clashes using RFIs, and manage material submittals to support site execution.
Authority Approvals: Take ownership of securing building permits, NOCs, and completion certificates via local portals.
Mandatory Requirements:
Experience: 8–12 years in UAE contracting, with a proven track record on High-Rise projects (G + 30 and above).
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (UAE Society of Engineers membership preferred).
Authority Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Dubai Municipality (DM), Civil Defence (DCD), DEWA, and free-zone authorities (Trakhees / DDA).
Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit (BIM), and Navisworks Manage.
