Job Position – Technical Manager
Company Name – Green Oasis General Contracting
Location – UAE
Seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to lead all technical, design, and authority coordination for major UAE infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
– Review IFC drawings and resolve design gaps and clashes.
– Manage NOCs, permits, and authority submissions (RTA, DM, DEWA, DDA, Tecom, Empower, Etisalat/DU, Trakhees).
– Oversee shop drawings, composite layouts, and as-built documentation.
– Maintain technical logs and ensure correct document control.
– Provide solutions for technical issues and guide engineering teams.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
– 10+ years technical experience in UAE infrastructure projects.
– Strong authority knowledge and design coordination skills.
