Job Position – Technical Operations Manager

Job Description

8 to 10 years of experience handling managed services and customer service in the IT infrastructure areas
Performing Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Vendor Management, Availability Management and SLA Management etc.
Developing and sustaining excellent customer relationships through deep engagement and delivering continuous value by meeting customer expectations
Act as an escalation point to resolve all support issues; drive resolution of customers’ technical support issues.
Should be technically equipped to manage the major incidents across the infrastructural domains.
Should have knowledge of NOC and SOC Operations
Having knowledge of infra-security operations and monitoring is a plus.
ITIL/ITSM certification is a must.
