Job Purpose

Provides professional delivery of expert technical support and high expert level of training to internal and external customers.

Key Accountabilities

  • Conducts the products’ tests & evaluation and participates in the work of the project teams preparing the new product launches.
  • Travels to Europe whenever will be organized a training section, meeting or workshop.
  • Collects and communicates (updates on) technical documentation, training materials, etc. for use by local field force.
  • Gives recommendations to the upper management regarding the use (including, training types and participants) of the relevant training center.
  • Delivers specific professional training to technical field force on the use and application of the company products and equipment and documentation within the training center.
  • Advises the upper management on training types, recruits participants for the relevant technical courses and gains commitment for customer attendance.
  • Provides expert knowledge to the technical and sales departments in handling complex technical issues and in educating customers on the solutions.
  • Manages and provides expert knowledge in complaint handling regarding products, their performance and applications
  • Informs technical and sales departments on information gathered regarding changes in legislation.
  • Proactively informs customers about the opportunities for development
  • Orders the assigned technical company equipment, advises what should be available to the technical field force and maintains the equipment in a safe and proper manner
  • Delivers professional training to the key existing and potential customers on the use and application of the company products, equipment and documentation both onsite at the customer’s location and within the training center
  • Assists Sales in all the region travelling when it will be required for trials, projects or training.

Experience

  • Technical high school diploma
  • 3/5 years of relevant experience in paint Industry or other manufacturing business
  • Some technical knowledge of coatings in general Industry
  • Native Arab language
  • Fluent English (oral and written)
  • Good Knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, SAP) systems
  • Customer focused

  • Ability to understand technical concepts
