Job Position – Technical Support

Hiring a professional to provide exceptional support in Abu Dhabi. This role involves laptop configuration, software support for applications like Outlook and Teams, and meeting room setups, including audio-visual systems. Join us and be part of a supportive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide deskside and remote support for incidents and service requests.
-Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and OS issues.
-Configure and deliver laptops, and provide post-implementation support for Outlook, Teams, and similar applications.
-Set up meeting rooms from scratch, including AV equipment.
-Support and troubleshoot Bloomberg application/terminal issues.
-Log, track, and update tickets accurately in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Qualifications & Skills:
-1-2 years of relevant experience (a relevant IT certification can offset experience gap).
-Foundational knowledge of desktop/laptop troubleshooting.
-Knowledge of AV systems (meeting room setup, audio-visual devices).
-Knowledge of Bloomberg application and troubleshooting.
-Arabic speaker mandatory.
-Well-mannered and well-groomed, client-facing presence.
-Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
-Nice to have: Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or similar).
