Skilled in managing high-volume calls, providing accurate product knowledge, and troubleshooting appliance issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Skills:
– In-depth knowledge of major home appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, ACs, etc.)
– Phone, email, and live chat support
– Warranty claim processing and service scheduling
– Upselling extended service plans or accessories
– Calm, solution-oriented communication style
