Job Position – Tele Sales Representative

For a motivated, bilingual, and confident Tele Sales Representative to join our dynamic real estate team! If you’re great on the phone and know the Dubai property scene, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
-Make and receive calls to generate high-quality leads
-Support the sales team by qualifying and passing on warm leads
-Provide accurate info on property prices, offers & terms
-Conduct regular follow-ups with interested clients
-Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients
-Maintain and update our CRM & daily reports
-Share weekly insights with your line manager
What You Bring:
– 1–2 years Real Estate experience in the UAE
– Fluent in English & Arabic
– A track record in Tele Sales (big plus!)
– Knowledge of CRM systems (preferred)
– Presentable, professional & client-focused
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Bonus Skills:
-Research property & market data for business development
-Assist with media content for listings
-Organize property info for advertising
-Work independently & in a team
