Job Position – Telecom Engineer

Location: Doha, Qatar

Contract: 6 Months (Extendable)

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: QAR 11,000 per month (All-inclusive)

A leading multinational company in the oil and gas industry, is seeking a Telecom Engineer to manage telecom system design across Concept, FEED, and Detailed Design phases. This role involves working on high-profile projects in Qatar, ensuring compliance with international standards.

What You’ll Do:
– Design & engineer telecom systems during Concept, FEED & Detailed Design stages
– Work on telecom systems including LAN, WLAN, Telephony, Radio (VHF/UHF/DMR/Microwave), CCTV, Access Control, PAGA & more
– Conduct site surveys & prepare key telecom engineering documents
– Coordinate directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams
– Ensure all designs comply with international and project-specific standards

Candidate Must Have:
– Minimum 5 years experience in Telecom Design & Engineering in Oil & Gas or Industrial sectors in the Middle East (Qatar preferred)
– Strong background in onshore/offshore telecom system design & integration
– Experience with clients like QatarEnergy or Qatar Shell GTL is a plus
– Excellent communication & teamwork skills
– Immediate availability is a big advantage
