Job Position – Tender & Proposal Manager
Company Name – Gulf Marine Services
Location – GMS Abu Dhabi Office
Candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in managing the end-to-end tender process, including bid preparation, submission, and post-tender negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the end-to-end tender process, from initial enquiry receipt to bid submission and post-tender negotiations.
– Analyse tender documents, client specifications, and project scopes to develop winning strategies and cost-effective proposals.
– Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., engineering, operations, finance, legal) to gather inputs, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with technical, commercial, and regulatory standards.
– Prepare high-quality proposals, including pricing models, risk assessments, and value propositions tailored to offshore marine services.
– Maintain a tender register, track opportunities, and monitor win/loss ratios to improve future bidding performance.
– Ensure all tenders adhere to industry best practices
Key Requirement:
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant field.
– 5+ years of experience in a similar role within relevant industries; marine experience is preferred
