1) Head Chef
Responsibilities:
-Develop and prepare enticing menus, including special dishes and seasonal offerings.
-Coordinate with procurement for ordering and sourcing premium-quality ingredients.
-Assist in recruiting, training, and developing our talented kitchen staff.
-Oversee kitchen operations, manage staff scheduling, and ensure smooth shift management.
-Execute and oversee food preparation to maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency.
-Manage kitchen costs and budgets, including food and labor expenses.
-Maintain strong relationships with food and kitchen equipment suppliers.
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, permits, training, and record-keeping.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role.
-Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
-Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
-Passion for innovation in the culinary arts.

– Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests
Qualifications:
