Job Position – Transplant OT Registered Nurse

Department: Transplant Operation Theatre (OT)
License Requirement: Valid MOH License
Experience: 3–4 years in OT/Transplant OT
To join Transplant Operation Theatre team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting complex surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety, and providing high-quality perioperative care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons during transplant operations and related procedures.
Prepare and maintain OT instruments, equipment, and sterile field.
Monitor patient’s condition pre, intra, and post-surgery.
Ensure strict compliance with infection control and OT safety protocols.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes.
Requirements:
-Valid MOH License
-3–4 years of OT nursing experience (Transplant OT preferred)
-Strong knowledge of OT procedures, aseptic techniques, and surgical instruments
-Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced surgical settings
