The ideal candidate is client-focused, knowledgeable about global destinations, and excited to help travelers create unforgettable experiences. From crafting custom itineraries to handling bookings and customer care, your role is vital in ensuring a seamless travel journey for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in planning, organizing, and booking travel packages (flights, hotels, tours, visas, etc.)
- Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
- Recommend travel destinations, packages, and itineraries based on client preferences and budgets
- Process travel documentation such as visa applications, travel insurance, etc.
- Maintain relationships with airlines, tour operators, and hotel partners
- Keep clients informed of travel restrictions, entry requirements, and promotions
- Upsell services like travel insurance, tours, and premium packages
- Stay up to date on industry trends, offers, and travel advisories
- Maintain accurate records using CRM or booking systems
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in travel consultancy or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales orientation with a customer-first mindset
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
- Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is preferred
- Knowledge of visa processes and tourism trends is a plus
